I love you to mars and back!

Our love started 6 years ago at ECU where we met and immediately became friends. Gaby decided to friend zone Andrew for a wonderful year and a half but Andrew's persistence and Gaby's realization that she liked me, the friendship elevated to the next level. On September 20th, 2019, we saw Nacho a Venezuelan singer in Charlotte, on the car ride home I asked Gaby to be my girlfriend, and after a long and agonizing 5 minutes of silence she said yes! From there, we have been in love ever since! Through undergrad and graduate school, through the pandemic, through tackling life head on, and through all the ups and downs; we grew and grew and grew. Now here we are, engaged, and ready to celebrate this next chapter of our book on September 20th with yall!

For the Wedding, it is black tie optional. We’d love to see everyone dressed up! Tuxedos and formal gowns are encouraged, but a dark suit with a tie or an elegant cocktail or long dress is just as perfect.For the Welcome Party, Dressy casual or cocktail attire. Think chic, relaxed, and ready for a rooftop evening. Flowy dresses, skirts, or elevated sets for woman, and button-downs or polos with slacks for men. Since we'll be on a rooftop, we recommend comfortable shoes and bringing a light layer for the evening.

Where to stay?

For your convenience, we’ve secured room blocks at two wonderful hotels in downtown Raleigh, offering different negotiated price points to best suit your needs. Since rooms are limited, we highly recommend booking early! Please know there is absolutely no obligation to stay at these properties if you prefer to make other arrangements. Both hotels are perfectly locate, just a 5 to 10 minute walk to our Welcome Party and about a 20 minute drive or uber to the wedding venue. Our room blocks run from Friday, September 18th through Monday, September 21st. We'd love for you to arrive early to join the Welcome Party and recommend staying through Monday, but you are completely welcome to customize your dates when booking to fit your schedule.
